UPS has informed us that they have implemented a change in their system.
This change concerns return shipments from countries outside the EU.
For each importer, UPS requires a so-called representation agreement.
There are two possible variants:
- Direct representation, which is used when the importer is established/registered in the EU.
- Indirect representation, which is used when the importer is not established/registered in the EU.
In addition to these agreements, UPS also requires an extract from the Chamber of Commerce or from a similar institution.
This extract:
- Must not be older than 6 months.
- Must list all employees with signing authority.
Both variants of the representation agreement can have been added to the appendix of this article.
We kindly ask you to return the extract from the Chamber of Commerce along with the fully completed and signed agreement applicable to you to support@ewarehousing.nl.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our support department via support@ewarehousing.nl.
Best regards,
