In this case, we need to request the carrier to initiate an investigation.

  • For DHL Parcel, DPD, PostNL, Royal Mail, and DPD UK, damage must be reported within 7 days after delivery scan.
  • For DHL Express, damage must be reported within 30 days after delivery scan.
  • For FedEx, damage must be reported within 30 days after the first physical scan.
  • For UPS, damage must be reported within 14 days after the delivery scan.

To initiate an investigation regarding the damage, we need clear photos and the invoice of the order.

These photos should show the following points:
- The shipping label attached to the package
- An overhead photo showing the contents of the package
- A photo showing whether packing material was used
- A photo showing the damage to the goods

Send the photos and order invoice to the eWarehousing back office (support@ewarehousing.nl). It's important to include the order number in the subject line. In the email, describe the situation and the damage that has occurred. We will keep you informed of the progress of the investigation.
