Is there any visible damage to the package that may have caused the item to go missing? If so, please send our back office photos of:
- The visible damage
- A photo of the shipping label attached to the package
In the email, mention the missing items and also attach the order invoice. In the subject line, include the order number along with what is 'wrong' with the package, for example, delivered damaged.
We will then handle this and keep you updated on the progress.
- For DHL Parcel, DPD, PostNL, Royal Mail, and DPD UK, damage must be reported within 7 days after delivery scan.
- For DHL Express, damage must be reported within 30 days after delivery scan.
- For FedEx, damage must be reported within 30 days after the first physical scan.
- For UPS, damage must be reported within 14 days after the delivery scan.
If the package has been delivered without damage, but items are missing, please send an email to our order department. Mention in the email which items are missing. Our order department will then verify if the items have indeed left our warehouse.
