eWarehousing Emergency Service

Starting March 1st 2024, eWarehousing offers its customers an additional service, the so-called Emergency Service.

This service is for all eWarehousing customers who need to make urgent changes outside office hours that cannot wait until the next working day.

The following situations fall under this urgency:

• An order that must not leave the warehouse due to cancellation. After reporting this order to the emergency service, we will assess what is possible to stop the order.

• An order that has been in processing for an extended period of time due to unknown reasons. After reporting to the emergency service, we will investigate the reason and see if the order can still be shipped that same evening.

The emergency service is active at the following times:

• Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM (CET).

• Sunday: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM (CET).

By sending an email to support@ewarehousing.nl with the words "emergency service" in the title or text, it will be forwarded to the emergency service department during above mentioned times. In the email you can indicate details such as the order number and what needs to be done with the order. The emergency service colleagues will then take action and provide you with feedback.
