As long as the shipment has not been delivered to the recipient, you can request at our back office to have the package returned. Alternatively, you can choose to ask the recipient to refuse the package at the door, in which case it will automatically return to eWarehousing's warehouse.

If the package has already been delivered to the recipient, a return shipment will be initiated. This can be done by creating a return label, allowing the recipient to return the package themselves.
