How can I arrange for a package to be collected from a consumer?

You can send an email to our back office to arrange a pickup appointment from a consumer. Within Europe, this is possible via DPD. To arrange the pickup appointment, we need the following information:

  • Full address details of the pickup location, including contact information such as phone number and email address.
  • Desired pickup date. The person at the pickup location must be available all day, as no specific time window can be chosen.
  • During the pickup appointment, the driver will bring the shipping label.

For pickup appointments outside of Europe, we use FedEx. To arrange this, we need the following information:

  • Invoice of the order.
  • Full address details of the pickup location, including contact information such as phone number and email address.
  • Dimensions and weight of the package.
  • Desired pickup date, and if desired, a specific time window.

Once the pickup appointment is scheduled, we will send you the shipping label via email. You can then forward this label to the consumer. The consumer must attach this shipping label to the package, along with 3 copies of the invoice of the order.
