How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel the order in the WMS if the order is still in the 'Created' or 'Planned' status. You will see a 'Cancel' button on the right side of the order.

If the order is in the 'Processing' status, you can request cancellation through our support department by sending an email to support@ewarehousing.nl with the order number mentioned in the subject line.

Once the order has reached the 'Shipped' status, cancellation is no longer possible.

In that case, you can send an email to our support department (support@ewarehousing.nl) with the order number mentioned. Our support department will then assess the available options.
